Rates to know upfront

Surcharges

Home boarding: £10/night on bank holidays, school holidays and for puppies. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday are charged at double rate.
Daycare: £10 surcharge on bank holidays, plus £10 for puppies.
How new dogs start

Everyone enquires first

  1. Book a discovery call. The first step for boarding, daycare or pack walks.
  2. Meet and greet at one of our classes. We meet you and your dog in a group class setting before any stay.
  3. Paid trial without you there. A one-night stay, one day of daycare, or a pack walk trial. Fully charged, not a free trial.
  4. Become a client. If all three steps go well, we approve your dog and you can book future dates.

End of stay groom

We've partnered with The Groom Room in Berryfields. Hannah grooms our own dogs. A bath or de-shed before collection, priced to breed and size. Ensure you mention at the time of booking to secure your groom.
